Client Terms and Conditions

Effective from your date of acceptance.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and MeridianFlowX ("the Company") regarding your use of the trading platform, portal, and related services. By opening an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade leveraged financial products in your jurisdiction. Services are not offered where prohibited by local law.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate identity information and complete all required KYC and AML verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed subject to verification and applicable limits. The Company may withhold processing where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

6. Order Execution

Orders are routed to the Company's liquidity providers or internal book. The Company does not guarantee execution at a requested price during periods of high volatility, low liquidity, or news events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform downtime, price feed interruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms. Material changes will require renewed acceptance before continued use of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed.
